Troll Costume

Trolls make for Great Costumes, Good Congressmen, but Bad Neighbors!

Troll mask and costumes, whether a cute troll costume (like a troll doll costume) or scary one are very popular. Actually dressing as a mythical creature is very popular at Halloween and other times.

Oversized Scary Troll CostumeAll types of troll costumes are popular, but one of the nicest in my opinion is the Oversized Troll Costume to the left.

Of course you can also make a homemade troll costume, a fine endeavor, but not many folks can come close to the troll on the left!

It comes with a oversized troll mask with the hair and beard attached, two troll hand gloves, and the black robe. The complete getup - add your own troll boots or go barefoot like most of them do!

On size - adult - fits most adults.

Now if you wear this costume do not be surprised if people want to dance with you and certainly have pictures taken!

Depending on the size of your head, you may want to place a small cushion or wadded up paper towels or toilet paper (preferable unused, although I suppose a real troll wouldn't care) on top of your head to better position the mask, and of course you'll need to take it off to eat. Toddler Troll Costume

Kids like to dress as trolls to of course due to trolls appearing in fairy tales and children's books. Who can forget The Three Billy Goats Gruff?

The Toddler Troll Costume on the right is actually a "Lightning Troll."

It's toddler sized, meaning fits sizes 2-4 and absolutely hilarious and cute.

It includes the red, yellow, and black troll dress, the red and yellow wig standing up hair troll and black shoe covers.

Make sure you get pictures to send to far away friends and relatives, and of course to show them when they grow up!

Errr, so what exactly is a troll?

Trolls are originally a race of fearsome creatures originally from Norse Mythology, where they are roughly equivalent to giants. Trolls are evil creatures that live in various places like mountains, underground in caves, in trees ("Tree trolls"), and in the woods.

The depictions of trolls vary a lot, perhaps because there are so many different types of trolls. They can range to looking quite similar to Ogres, which is to say roughly humanoid but not very human like, to much kinder and more human like forms.

Troll Dolls and the animated series "Trollz" portray trolls as far more attractive and pleasant creatures.

My friend Furry John is a Troll. He needs no troll costume.
